At GoeringSpin, we want you to love every record you receive. We carefully inspect and ship all vinyl with protective sleeves to ensure your albums arrive in excellent condition.



Returns & Refunds



  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your record arrives warped, broken, or with major defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement or a full refund.
  • Incorrect Orders: If we send the wrong album, we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
  • Change of Mind: Since vinyl is a collectible and sensitive product, we’re unable to accept returns for opened or “buyer’s remorse” orders.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions or process your refund right away.




Refund Processing



  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
